Sieve Bend

The gap of the wedge grid is perpendicular to the flow direction of the material.

The larger solid particles move down to the surface of the screen, thereby removing most of the fluid.


Rotary Drum Screen

The high-flow pump transports the material to the rotating drum screen.

The transmission system drives the wedge wire drum screen to rotate to separate solid and liquid.

The entire separation process is carried out on the surface of the Wedge Wire screen with a special V-shaped structural groove.



Centrifuge Basket

The centrifuge basket produced has a solid structure, high strength, precise clearance and large opening ratio.

It can improve the recovery rate of sugar crystals.
