Wedge wire screen size and types

In recent years demand has grown for wedge wire assembled by welding, in contrast to the looped method.  Using specially developed machinery and advanced automatic welding our welded type screens offer a wide range of apertures with clear and unobstructed open areas. Flat Top: The most commonly used profile gives good screening efficiency over the whole range in most applications. It is excellent for the de-watering of slurries and is extensively used in coal washeries. Conical top: Designed particularly for fine mesh screens for de-watering of slurries. Square top: Suitable for larger aperture screens used with highly abrasive materials. In addition, reinforcements can be added as required providing the strongest and most cost-effective welded wedge wire screen on the market. Usual materials are stainless steel in stainless steel 304,304L,316nd 316L. Other metals are available – please call to custom.

Parabolic Screen Filter Wastewater

The parabolic screen also called the side hill screen/static screen/curved screen/sieve bend screen adopts rigid high-quality stainless steel material. Composed of v wire profiles and support profiles with a precise filtration structure unit. The parabolic screen filter is mainly used in Food and Beverage, Pulp and Paper Mills, Municipal Primary Wastewater Treatment, etc. The biggest feature is that the solid can be easily separated from the liquid without moving parts, and the maintenance is convenient. The principle is as follows: Wastewater or slurry flows under gravity into the headbox and then overflows from the distribution weir onto the surface of the steeply sloping parabolic screen.  Application cases and processes: Provide various wedge wire parabolic screen filter solutions.
