How to change the bag in a bag filter housing?

The bag filter has a quick-opening sealing structure and a 0-ring sealing type, making it easier to clean. The filter residue is small, and it is very convenient to replace the filter bag.

The filtrate flows into the filter bag from the side inlet pipe of the filter casing. The filter bag itself is installed in the reinforced mesh basket, and the liquid can obtain qualified filtrate by infiltrating the filter bag of the required fineness grade, and the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. The machine is very convenient to replace the filter bag, and there is basically no material consumption for filtration.

If the pressure difference is found to be out of the normal range when checking the pressure difference, the filter bag should be replaced in time.

How to change the bag in a bag filter housing?

1. Before replacing the filter bag, be sure to immerse the filter bag in a pre-wet solution that matches the filter liquid for a few minutes;

2. Open the top cover of the bag filter;

3. Put the top cover firmly, then carefully remove the filter bag and put in a new filter bag.

Tips: 

★When replacing the filter bag, be sure to choose the right tool to avoid damage to the filter bag with sharp tools;

★Check the size of the bag cage or filter bag in time to avoid the phenomenon that the bag cage or filter bag is damaged after forced replacement due to undiscovered size errors;

★When replacing the filter bag, if it is found that there is a spring protecting the filter bag, you can flatten it by hand, and then insert the buckle of the spring into the corresponding position.
