1. Hub and Lateral Screen

Hub and lateral screens are internal components of the container, mainly composed of wedge wire screen pipes and hubs. They can effectively collect and distribute the filter media.


The hub is the central component that connects multiple lateral nozzles to the main piping system. The hub design ensures that fluid is distributed evenly across all lateral nozzles for consistent filtration.


The hub and lateral design is crucial for ensuring uniform flow distribution across the entire surface of the filter media, optimizing the filtration process.

2. Filter Nozzle(Lateral Pipe)

Lateral filter nozzles extend from the hub and are designed to allow fluid to flow into and out of the filter media. 


Our lateral pipe filter nozzles consist of wedge wire screens welded at specific intervals to form an effective filtration medium. 


Filter nozzles can also be installed on the nozzle plate. Placed at the bottom of the container, this can change the size and distribution of the nozzles on the nozzle plate to optimize the flow distribution.
