Bag filter

Cartridge filter

A cartridge filter consists of a filter housing and filter cartridge. The filter cartridge can be sintered pleated filter element or PP Melt Blown Filter Element, etc. It uses either a pleated fabric or a screen to filter the liquid, trapping sediment and sometimes even chemicals in the process. It is typically smaller and more compact than a bag filter. And it can effective at removing smaller particles.

Cartridge filters are commonly used in applications such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and electronics.
