Filter element

A Filter element is a type of device that is used to separate and remove unwanted particles, such as dust, from a gas or liquid. It is used to remove contaminants and prevent them from causing damage to other components. The filter element is typically made of a material such as paper, nylon, or metal, and is designed to allow air or liquid to pass through while trapping the unwanted particles. 



Filter elements may be divided into two classes: surface and depth. Surface filters are made of closely woven fabric or treated paper with a uniform pore size. Our filter elements and filter housings are used together for filtration in water treatment, the chemical industry, power plants, oil refineries, etc.
