How does an electric inner scraper self-cleaning filter work?


Answer:

The feed medium enters the filter through the feed port. The filtered raw materials are filtered from the inside to the outside through the filter screen gap from top to bottom and flow to the downward outlet. Impurities larger than the filter screen are intercepted.


After the filter screen assembly runs for a certain period of time, the filter screen gap is blocked by impurities. When the differential pressure reaches the preset value, the PLC monitors the signal and issues commands. The geared motor drives the rotating scraper to automatically clean the dirt attached to the filter screen, maintain the filter function of the filter screen, and keep the filter screen gap unblocked.




When the impurities at the bottom of the filter increase, open the electric ball valve at the bottom, and the impurities at the bottom will be discharged smoothly, so as to keep the system working normally.


Our scraper-type self-cleaning filter has a reasonable layout, and the scraper with compensation function is always in close contact with the wall of the filter barrel. Driven by the geared motor, the rotating scraper will scrape off the impurities in the filter gap in time, avoiding the trouble of disassembling and cleaning the filter screen, ensuring that the raw materials are filtered smoothly and the work is continuous without stopping.
