Temporary Filter

Temporary filters also called cone filters are manufactured by perforation mesh or weave mesh. Installed on the pipeline to remove the larger solid impurities in the fluid.

Filtration process:

It is installed between flanges, once debris and sediment are collected in the filter, the fluid flow is interrupted, you can remove and clean the filter, or replace it.

The role of temporary filters:

Make the machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments work and run normally, to stabilize the process and ensure safe production.

Materials: stainless steel 304, 316, carbon steel, and other material is available.

End connection: Water flat-faced, raised face, ring joint flanges.

Open area: the available range in an open area of the strainer to a cross-section of pipe is 100% to 300%.
